    We participated in the preparation of the Act on Bank Identity and were at its inception. Our role included processing extensive contractual documentation between banks, the company Bankovní identita, a. s. and its customers. We assist the company in developing new products, such as BankID SIGN electronic signature and qualified electronic signature for mortgage digitization.

    GasNet, s.r.o.

    We prepared contractual documentation for the client and represent it in negotiations with potential suppliers of a number of key information systems, such as ERP or HR. We also support the client in the field of cybersecurity.

    SAP CR, spol. s.r.o

    For the client, we evaluated various scenarios for the implementation of artificial intelligence, ensuring compliance with legal regulations across multiple domains. Additionally, we formulated a code of use of artificial intelligence for employees and suppliers. Furthermore, we developed the terms and conditions as well as the privacy policy for a specific application using artificial intelligence.

    We provide comprehensive support in connection with the client's obligations as a liable person under the Cybersecurity Act, including assistance in consultations with the National Office for Cyber and Information Security. Additionally, we support the client in compliance analysis and implementation of the NIS2 directive as well as the new cybersecurity law.

    Czech Post, a.s.

    Legal advice to Czech Post regarding the complete outsourcing of ICT. The public contract has been successfully implemented, with ongoing fulfillment valued at tens of millions of euros.

    Ministry of Justice

    Comprehensive preparation of tender and contractual documentation for a public contract on the development, implementation, delivery and support of the eISIR information system, procured through a competitive dialogue procedure.

    Ministry of Industry and Trade

    Strategic consultancy in setting the procurement conditions for the public contract "Operation, Maintenance, and Development of the Agenda Information System for National Grants – AIS MPO", with a focus on preventing vendor lock-in and exploring cloud computing services in public administration.
