She has extensive experience in representing clients before international and Czech courts (including the European Court of Human Rights, EU courts, the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic and the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic).
with an emphasis on developing representation strategies. For several years, she has been leading a team that provides legal advice and representation to clients in more than 50 court proceedings, including promissory note disputes, discovery proceedings, enforcement proceedings, as well as insolvency proceedings, and has been involved in representing clients in legally complex litigation for damages for breach of competition worth hundreds of millions of CZK, which involves the necessity of interpreting the compliance of the Czech legal system with EU law. Most recently, Lucie has represented clients in creditors’ committees in the largest insolvency proceedings since the establishment of the Czech Republic. Lucie is a member of the Insolvency Section of the Czech Bar Association.
