Prague, 7 June 2024 – ROWAN LEGAL has made a significant contribution to the closing of an important M&A deal in the Czech Republic. The company provided legal and tax advice to the CEIP investment fund, which bought a majority stake in the BLOCK group in Valašské Meziříčí.

The BLOCK Group, based in Valašské Meziříčí, is a leading domestic civil engineering company specializing in comprehensive deliveries of so-called clean rooms and technologies for industry and pharmacy. Since 2014, it has been owned by the investment group BHM Group.

Its investments are directed primarily to industrial-manufacturing, service and technology companies for the purpose of their active management and appreciation.
